“Imagination, instead of knowledge; play, instead of work; totality, instead of separation.” (Agostinho da Silva). Against a backdrop of  rainforest sounds, along the Pastaza river on the border between Ecuador and Peru, a group of children from the Achua community spend their days gathering, fishing and cooking, but above all playing. This is a film that comes across as a game that apparently has no purpose, but that has a deeply evocative result.
