Against Eva’s wishes, her mother wants to renovate the house and get rid of the cat, which, disoriented since the divorce, pees everywhere. Eva wants to go and live with her dad, who, disoriented like the cat, is experiencing a second adolescence. As if crossing an ocean of adults without knowing how to swim, Eva will have to learn how to deal with her father. Valentina Maurel’s first feature film, which shows us an urban middle-class Costa Rica, not at all exoticised.
